Unless you have a specific medical condition, generally reducing your calorie intake will help you get on the track to losing weight. Our bodies generally only need a certain quantity of calories per day. If your calorie intake is higher you will put on weight, if you eat the right amount of food each day you will maintain your weight and as such if you reduce your calorie intake you will lose weight. Quite simple really.

So how does exercise help you to lose weight? It comes back to the whole calorie thing which we have previously discussed. Exercise burns calories. Whilst all exercise is good for weight loss, cardio and resistance training in combination will help you shed those extra calories which in turn if it brings down your calorie intake for the day will help you lose weight. An added benefit is that exercise will also help your body tone up and make you look great!

Weight Loss Supplements come in many different forms, shapes and sizes.
